The Cedar Creek Club Championship returned this year after being postponed the past two due to the course renovation, and it attracted a nice turnout including several participants from among our fellow members at The Aiken Golf Club. Matter of fact, the men’s club champion is David Postma from AGC who came from behind in the second round to take the title. Veronica Leigh convincingly won the ladies club championship. The senior division was won by Bill Beck (below left) from AGC and Lee Nightingale (below right) of Cedar Creek captured the super senior division. Dan Skiff was runner-up to David Postma and Jay McDermott took low net in the champions division. Mimi Wittkamp captured low net in the ladies division. Jim Roland was close behind Bill Beck in the senior division while Greg Oates came in low net followed by Dave Smith. Bill Todd followed Lee Nightingale among the super seniors with Frank Beaty and Bill Fink taking low and 2nd low net, respectively.
